Coding enables existing options already present in the software. Programming is used when modules are replaced or require vehicle-specific setup.

Coding

Car coding can adjust many factory options, depending on the vehicle. Examples include: chimes, indicator comfort blinks, default Start/Stop settings, cornering lights, mirror dip on reverse, needle sweep, auto locking at speed, DRLs, auto-hold (where supported) and more.

Do you switch Auto Stop/Start off every time you drive? We can often set the default to OFF (vehicle-dependent).

Programming

Most modern cars have multiple control modules. If a module becomes faulty, replacement often requires programming to the specific vehicle. We use the correct tooling and procedures to minimise risk.

Vehicle imports

Region change on VAG, BMW & Mercedes-Benz head units and instrument clusters to enable Europe firmware, maps and features. Example: Japanese imports with Japanese maps/radio frequency/language can be converted for UK/EU operation.

Retro-fitting

Retrofit experience including VAG virtual cockpit upgrades, BMW LED headlight conversions, Ford virtual cluster installs, Mercedes ambient lighting, reverse cameras and more.

OEM diagnostics

Independent diagnostic specialists with direct links to many European manufacturer databases—an alternative to main dealer diagnostics. We can diagnose and provide a detailed report.
